Recent Suffolk Status: Rare, with few recent records. Some of these records near the coast could be migrants.
Life history: Single-brooded in one long generation.
Identification: See Oak-tree pug, which flies earlier in the year.
Habitat: Gardens where ornamental Junipers are grown, also coastal areas.
